Alexander Bonnie Peattie was born on 6th December 1891; Promoted to Lieutenant on 6.2.1918. Served aboard H.M.S. Onyx which originally a Torpedo guboat but was later converted along with her sister Hebe to submarine depot ship prior to WW1. Invested with the O.B.E. at Buckingham Palace on 10.3.1920. Paymaster Lieutenant 15.11.1922 Scottish Division. Paymaster Lieutenant Commander 15.11.1930. Sold with detailed photocopied research.
