Offered is a British War Medal, impressed named 2011 DVR. C. J. COCKBURN. 10 L.H.R. A.I.F. Bought directly from the family. John Charles Cockburn was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and enlisted into the 10th Light Horse Regiment aged 18 5/12 at Perth 2/11/1915. He served overseas, was A.W.O.L. etc numerous times and transferred as a driver with the 38th Battery A.F.A., being wounded in the back 9/10/1918. Discharged 22/3/1919 and died in Perth in 1991.
