***SOLD***
1934 era German S.A. Storm Trooper’s ‘1923 Beer Hall Putsch marchers’ Obersturmführer service jacket. Jacket features a dark brown wool base, with gilt pebbled buttons and twisted gilt bullion ropes to collars, with rank/Gau patches for Obersturmführer/Ostmark. Single 4 branch rank board Award loops to left pocket and Blood Order ribbon to right pocket, indicating the wearer marched in 1923 with Adolf Hitler in Munich in what became known as the Beer Hall Putsch. French cuffs and sewn part armband to left sleeve. Some mothing to front. Olive green silken interior shows a lot of use, no name or tag to interior, but a good solid piece from the era to most likely a First World War veteran who was given an officer’s position based on his early party participation in one of the Nazi party’s most famous historical events.
