Very good condition 1 piece die struck 50mm high white metal maltese cross with royal crown, connected to ribbon suspension ring. Light red enamel fill to cross arms. This is the 2nd class varitey of this military cross, which was generally issued to army officers for gallantry in combat between 1940 and 1944 whilst the Greek Army was in exile in the UK during WW2. Made by Spink & Sons. London. The cross retains its correct and original ribbon. A very rare medal indeed.
