US Presidential Citation to right pocket. Sizes approx. 38. Named to inside pocket 39803 James Clark, dated 6/44. 1st Lieutenant James Clark flew as a B-17 bomber pilot with the 563rd Bomber Squadron and was killed over Belgium 9th November 1944.
