Nazi Germany Hitler Youth Leader’s Dagger & Scabbard. Early nickel fittings, with much of the silver wash, showing good patination overall. Flat urn shaped rivetted pommel, with tight twisted wire grip, with thumb nickel spacer, fitted to tight cross guard, showing correct diagonal notches to edges. Solid brown leather washer, fitted to the double edged 24cm long blade, with ‘BLUT UND EHRE!’ etched motto, with RZM maker mark for E.U. F. Horster (M7/36) to ricasso of bottom edge of blade. No damage or issues with the blade, which fits perfectly into the pebbled blue/black leather scabbard, with nickel fittings and Prussian Police style eagle to throat and both suspension rings. A rare dagger.
