VINTAGE CASED BELGIUM ORDER OF THE CROWN MEDAL

Very good example of the Belgian Royal Order of the Crown (Commander Class). A beautiful example of this neck worn royal order. The 55 mm diameter medal is a fine rayed starburst, gilded, with 5 white enamelled arms with a central high domed gilded crown and royal initials. The medal is attatched to a gilded laurel suspension locket which retains the original carmine silken neck ribbon and ties. This comes with the Paris maker marked medal case.
