Horace Whitcomb served in France from 1/4/1915 as a Driver with the Royal Horse Artillery. Being a Territorial, he was renumbered during the war 835362 and served with the 3rd Brigade, South Midland Division (Warwick T.F.A. Howitzers), finishing the war as a Bomardier & sold with copied research notes.
