Funeral streamer from the Gaulieter of Weser – Ems, Paul Wegener, for the funeral of a fallen comrade or party official during the Third Reich period 1942 to 1945. Silken streamer, with tassels and silver printed eagle and inscriptions, measuring 2 metres long. Comes with a printed brief biography of Wegener. Many of these ceremonial pieces were lost or destroyed after the war, so to see one in such good condition is a rareity.
