Police blue-grey wool construction cap with mottled brown and rabbit fur front, fold down side ear lugs and back panels. The side ear lugs and back panel of the cap are held in the upright position by dual, beige cotton/rayon blend tie tapes with an HBT weave that are positioned on the reverse side of the fold down side panels. The reverse of the fold down side ear lugs and back panel are lined in grey hbt rayon blend material. The cap retains it’s silver washed police insignia badge. The interior of the cap is fully lined in quilted, ribbed, grey rayon with an internal padding. The interior lining is stamped but very faded. This would be a size 58. Excellent clean example.
