Returns Policy

*All items listed as original are guaranteed authentic unless otherwise described and come with a 90-day inspection/return period.

* Purchased antiques such as medals, badges etc that any customer claims as being disingenuous must have written proof by a recognized authority on militaria so that the necessary action can be taken.

*Any damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, the original box and packaging must be kept so that proof may be provided to us and to Australia Post for the relevant action to be taken. Failure to keep the damaged packaging  after the claim will result in the claim being considered defect. Shipping fees will only be refunded if there is an error on Australia Post’s part or as a direct result of our error, so please ensure you have registered with the correct delivery address. 

*We do not offer refunds or returns based on a change of mind or a defect or peculiarity of an item that had already been clearly listed. As stated before, please read the description/view photos carefully. If the item is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further.
