The moulded, black, diamond grooved, bakelite grips with dual dome headed retaining rivets are fully intact. The obverse grip has an embedded enamelled HJ diamond in near mint condition. The knife comes with its original magnetic sheet metal scabbard; the scabbard retains over 100% of its original anodised finish. The leather hanger retains its 2 rivets to the scabbard and is still supple and the retaining strap is in working condition.

Rarely do we see these transitional knives, being made for a very short period before the war over the right of the manufacturers to host their company logo’s to the blades was waged and unfortunately lost to the Reich quality control authority (R.Z.M.).
